High-temperature jet pulverization and modification process: high-temperature jet pulverization can be realized; spray equipment can also be added to smash and modify materials at the same time. The grinding gas is heated by the heater at the front end of the jet mill to reach a high temperature of 100-200℃, and then accelerated to supersonic airflow through the nozzle to crush the material. If the material needs to be modified, it is necessary to add a nozzle at the main machine of the equipment, and spray the modifier through the nozzle after atomization, and modify the material while crushing it. The materials that meet the particle size requirements are sorted by the grading wheel and then collected by the dust collector. The unqualified materials are continuously pulverized in the jet mill mainframe until the particle size requirements are met. The equipment can heat inert gas and realize closed-loop control.

Features

◆Compact process: The gas is heated for treatment nearby to reduce heat loss; the crushing process is modified and classified at the same time, and the process flow is compressed.

◆Environmental protection and worry-free: the system has an open circuit cycle, and the tail dust collector can effectively control the dust emission concentration; the closed circuit cycle realizes the internal self-circulation of the equipment, and basically no gas is discharged.
