What is the exactly piezoelectric actuator?
The piezoelectric actuator is a kind of device. Which converts electrical energy into a mechanical displacement or stress based on a piezoelectric effect.
The piezo stack (PZT stack) will be installed in the actuator.Piezo stack also called multilayer piezoelectric ceramic actuator, piezo actuator, piezoelectric stack actuator.
It’s a kind of industry ceramic with a very complex process. In He-Shuai Ltd, we used tape casting technology to produce the piezoelectric ceramic.
“Multilayer” it means lots of piezoelectric ceramic disc. We can do some of the shapes for you. Like: disc, ring, cylinder, square with hole, and so on.

How to install the piezo actuators?
The material of the product is ceramic material and has brittleness. So, the installation method should be surface contact. Do not use point contact or line contact. When using this product, the output direction and the axial direction of the device must be consistent.

The height tolerance is +/-0.05mm.
[2] PT150V series nominal displacement is the displacement stroke at 0~150V driving voltage, the maximum displacement is the displacement stroke at -20V~150V driving voltage, for reliable long-term
Use, it is recommended that the driving voltage be 0~120V. The maximum displacement of the PT200V series is the displacement stroke at 0~200V drive voltage.
What is the tape casting process for the piezoelectric stack?
The tape casting process of polycrystalline materials is very widely. It used for the production of single or multilayered piezoelectric materials. These materials are ideal for micro-actuator applications.
