Client: Hi, I wanna buy your products, but i don’t know how to choose it.
Coco: What kind of ceramic you need?
Client: May i know what’s the type of ceramic industry?
Coco: well, according to the material type, here are mainly 4 kinds in our company.

1. Material
Client: what’s Al2O3,ZrO2,SiC and Si3N4 ?
Coco : Al2O3 ： Alumina Ceramics are generally white but may also be pink (88% alumina), or brown (96% Alumina). The colour is derived from either the sintering additives or impurities in the raw materials.
ZrO2 : Zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), sometimes known as zirconia (not to be confused with zirconia), is a white crystalline oxide of zirconium.also it has yellow.the technical request is more strictly.
SiC: Silicon carbide (SiC,black), also known as carborundum , is a semiconductor containing silicon and carbon.
Si3N4： The color of Si3N4 product is brown-black, The material is prepared by heating powdered silicon between 1300 °C and 1400 °C in a nitrogen environment.
Client: what kinds of color you have for this material?
Coco: Off-white (milkly white), yellow, white, pink, black, brown-black…etc
Client: What’s the raw material ratio?
Coco: 40% alumina, 75% alumina, 85% alumina, 95% alumina, 99% alumina, 99.7% alumina, 98%ZrO2, 99.5% Mgo.

Client: what kind of shape i can order it?
Coco: good, that’s good questions. we can do lots of different shapes, like:Disc, Tube, Ball, Square, Ring, honeycomb structure, column, roller, complex structure…..
Client: thank you, coco. however, i have more questions . why someone called it corundum ceramics. and what’s cordierite, steatite and mullite ?
Coco: yeah. it is.
corundum ceramics, in Chinese Gangyu. Definition: A ceramic material consisting mainly of corundum ((-Al2O3) (content greater than 80%).
Cordierite or Iolite (Dichroite) in chinese jinqingshi. comes from the Greek Violet, which means it is violet. Dichroite comes from the Greek “two-color”, which means that the gemstone has a strong pleochroism. Because cordierite has a blue color like sapphire, some people call it “water sapphire”
Steatite (in chinese huashici) :Talc porcelain is made of mineral talc (3MgO.4SiO2.H2O) as the main raw material, adding appropriate amount of clay and BaTi03 and other ingredients through mixing, grinding and molding. The main crystal phase of talc porcelain is the original enstatite, namely magnesium metasilicate (chemical formula is Mgsio3). It is a high-frequency structural ceramic with excellent electrical properties and low cost, and is often used as an insulating component in high-frequency equipment.
Mullite；Cyanite；Disthene；Kaopolite；Kyanite . in chinese molaishi. Chemical formula: 3Al2O3 · 2SiO2. colorless. It contains rose red or blue when it contains impurities. Orthorhombic, columnar or needle-like crystals. The melting temperature is about 1910 °C. It is produced when calcined clay, high alumina raw materials (such as kyanite, andalusite, sillimanite) and ceramics. It is the main component of clay bricks, high alumina bricks and porcelain. Produced in the island of Moore in Scotland and other places. It can also be obtained by electrofusion. See kyanite and andalusite.
